Brittany Bosma grew up on a Tipton dairy, where she gained early experience in herd management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science – Production from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she was heavily involved in a rumen digestion study at the Applied Biotechnology Institute. "The California dairy industry is currently facing a difficult obstacle in their compliance with environmental regulations. I hope as a WUES technician I can help to relieve stressors and sort out confusion for dairy families, like my own, who would like to move forward in being a successful business," she says. Brittany covers Kern and Kings Counties.

Bruce Goldsmith |
A life-long farmer and dairyman, Bruce combines his dairy experience
with knowledge and credentials to provide premium service. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, and
holds a Masters of Business Administration from California State University.
“I’m a former dairy operator and current dairy facility owner and I live on my dairy farm,” says Bruce. “I have dealt with the Water Board since 1992 when I put my facility back into production following the five years of mandatory non-use required by the original dairy herd buyout, which I participated in. I’m here to help, so take advantage of these services.” Bruce handles Sacramento County below I-80, all of San Joaquin County, and Stanislaus County north of Highway 108. |

Heather Kenney |
Office Manager Heather Kenney brings a strong
background in office management. She has management and database experience with the Almond Board of California, E&J Gallo Winery and The Wine Group, as well as Valley engineering and land surveying firms. Heather supervises the WUES environmental service technicians and oversees the office’s daily operations. “Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectation of our members,” explains Heather. “We are here to provide top-quality service while helping dairy producers reduce their costs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.” |

Kathy has over 18 years of experience as an office manager or an administrative assistant. Kathy has managed accounting and business firms and is already a tremendous help in the "behind the scenes" work here at WUES. Jenny Mesenhimer |
Raised on a Modesto almond orchard, Jenny always understood the importance of agriculture and has been active in
the local 4-H and Future Farmers of America. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and minor in Agriculture Business. Jenny brings years of experience in customer service and brings a solid perspective of marketing to Western United Environmental.
“WUES technicians provide benefit to the dairymen by overseeing the compliance with environmental regulations, so the dairymen can focus on day to day activities of the dairy,” explains Jenny. “The biggest asset of WUES is our agriculture background. Not only do we understand the environmental issues, but we comprehend how those issues are affecting the dairymen's lives.” Jenny's territory is in Stanislaus County, between Highway 108 and Hilmar, east of Highway 99. |

No stranger to farming, Dan has
been involved with farming row crops, almonds, and dairy farming for 25
years in the Central Valley. Dan graduated from California State
University, Fresno with his Bachelors of Science in Agriculture Business and
an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Merced College. Dan believes complying with the WDR’S
is not a one man show, and the best results will be the product of a team
effort. Dan is happy to be part of that team effort. “At the end of the day, if I know that I helped a dairy family stay in the game, then I know I did my job,” Dan says proudly. Dan covers the northern half of Fresno County, Madera County, and Merced County East of Highway 165. |
